short version: final cram is a $19 study pack. use it for your own studying, don't resell or share it, and there's a 7-day refund if it doesn't help. i'm one person, not a company.
what this is
final cram is a digital study pack: a set of guides and AI assistant prompts that help you work out what to study before an exam and how to study it. it works with claude or chatgpt, on the free or paid version of either. it is a one-time purchase of $19 during the launch window, then $29. you download it as a file right after you pay.
how to use it
final cram is for your own personal studying. you can use and adapt the guides and prompts for your own coursework. you can't resell, redistribute, repost, or repackage them, and you can't share access with other people. one purchase covers one person.
what it is not
final cram helps you study. it does not write your essays, take your exams, or do your coursework for you, and it is not a tool to cheat or to disguise AI-written work as your own. you are responsible for following your school's academic integrity rules.
refunds
if final cram doesn't help, email hi@khangbuilds.com within 7 days of your purchase and i'll refund you in full. refunds go back to your original payment method through lemon squeezy, the checkout provider.
no guarantees
final cram is a study tool, not a grade. how well it works depends on how you use it and how much time you have before your exam. claude and chatgpt also change over time. nothing here promises a specific grade or result. don't use it as a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice.
payment
payment and delivery are handled by lemon squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. your card statement may show lemon squeezy rather than my name. they handle billing and any sales tax or VAT.
liability
i'm one student, not a large company. final cram is sold as-is. to the extent the law allows, my total responsibility for any claim connected to it is limited to the amount you paid. i am not responsible for academic outcomes or for how you choose to use the pack.
changes
i'll update this page if the terms change. the “last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
