short version: when you buy final cram, the checkout collects what it needs to take your payment and send you the file. if you join the email list, i use your email to send updates. i don't sell your data.

what i collect
if you buy final cram, the checkout collects your name, email, billing details, and the payment information needed to complete the purchase. i receive your name, email, and order details so i can deliver the product and help with support. i never see your full card number. if you only join the email list, the one thing i collect is your email address.
why
to deliver the product you bought, send your receipt and download link, handle refunds and support, and, if you opted in, send the occasional update. that is the entire use case. i don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
who handles it
payment and order processing go through lemon squeezy, the merchant of record for the sale. the email list is handled by beehiiv. the website is hosted on vercel. each of these has its own privacy policy.
your rights
you can ask what data i hold, ask me to delete it, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. email hi@khangbuilds.com and i'll handle deletion requests within a reasonable time. lemon squeezy may need to keep some order records for tax and accounting even after a deletion request.
cookies
the landing page doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party trackers. the lemon squeezy checkout uses the cookies it needs to process your order securely.
changes
if how i handle your data changes, i'll update this page. the “last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
